They were great! Honest and did a great job. I will ise them yearly for service.
Hired these guys to come and inspect my chimney here in Johnson City. They showed up on time and did an exceptional job. Learned a lot from the guys. Not only knowledgeable, these guys know there stuff. Enjoyed having them here and look forward to using them again. This world needs good ole boys like these.
We scheduled to have an inspection and cleaning done on our chimney and Lyons called back later and refused to go on our roof. Word to the wise if you have a metal roof don’t waste your time with Lyons chimney.
This is the best, most honest chimney sweep service in the Tri-Cities, bar none. I have been using Lyons for 20 years and they're honest, prompt, and clean. Today I had a property that was having a flue problem on a water heater, and they were out there in an hour. I had trouble finding their number and had called 2 other services - one said "can't get there, truck is broken down" and the other sounded like he was sitting on the couch watching tv "Oh, probably can't get to it until next week some time".
