Don’t hire this firm if you want your final wishes honored. It breaks my heart that my Aunts final wishes were not honored once a greedy relative who was 3rd choice was named (preceded in death by 3 others) as the personal representative. Because she paid the retainer fee (from my aunts bank account) they refused to talk to anyone else in the family. I don't even want to give them 1 star, but it looks like I have to give them at least 1. The receptionist sounds indignant and exhausted. After 3 phone calls she says to me..." well if they didn't call you back, they're just not interested ". Mind you, I haven't talked to a single paralegal or lawyer. Horrible customer service. Good luck should you choose to work with them

Telling someone that "no one is going to help you" in a wrongful death case without legal justification and without enough context is outrageous. If you don't know the law, then keep your opinions to yourself.
