Brought my girlfriend’s car in for an oil change at 930am and left her phone number with the owner, said he would call when he’s done. Never received a call all day so we decided to show up at 5pm to see if it was done. When we showed up we found out the whole front calipers, pads, and rotors were changed and we were slapped with a 998$ bill.
