Dr. Wang and his wife Pam are the best ! Very caring of either pet that walks into their office. If you have a special procedure done they call that day to make sure your pet is doing good and the following day to make sure they are up and doing normal things as usual. I would and I have recommended them all the time

Many years ago, a neighborhood kid brought me a 2 week old kitten that its mother had abandoned. I had no idea how to care for him, so I called my regular vet. They wouldn't help me. I called another vet, same thing. I called Lyons Animal Hospital, and they told me to bring him right in. They showed me how to care for him, and actually gave me kitten formula. Was this veterinarian able to perform all basic as well as complicated procedures? Yes, I've never had to take my pets anywhere else Does this provider give unbiased advice? Not really. It felt like they just cared about making money. Was this veterinarian friendly? Extremely Friendly Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, they were ready for me right after I arrived. Does this provider have helpful information available online? Yes
My wife and I have been taking our dogs to Lyons Animal Hospital for over 20 years now. Dr. Wang has been nothing but kind and gentle to our dogs, even when we have had to put 2 of our dogs down , he and his staff even sent a Condolence Card to us afterwards. Dr. Wang. There were 2 occassions where Dr. Wang had to recommend us to another Vet for special operations on 2 of our dogs, he still called to check how things had gone and to ensure us that everything would be fine. To bad he isn't a Family Doctor, he is FANTASTIC!
