I had contacted James the owner in November of 2022 about starting a job to remove a large cottonwood tree in the front of my home. We agreed on the quote and that we would get the job started in January and would take a few weeks to finish however he only showed a few times to start work on a branch and never finished. Owner has not responded in months and has not finished the job. Left equipment at my house and atleast it was worth more than he charged me.

We hired James for a landscaping project the third week of June. He asked us to pay up front so he could pick up materials, which we did. The project was supposed to take at most a couple weeks according to James. In the 1.5 months since, he put in about 3 hours worth of work, and only completed a small percentage of the job he said he would do. He was very inconsistent in getting back to us and now will not respond us at all, and will not refund us for the work that he did not complete.

James Lyon was easy to deal with. The removal and clean-up were done timely as promised. The project was to remove a 60 foot pine tree that had fallen across, and damaged, a building.
