I’m very disappointed with my experience. The technician was at my home for less than 15 minutes only to tell me they do not service my type of AC unit. This should have been clarified before scheduling the appointment, especially when the model information was provided ahead of time. I ended up wasting both time and money for no actual service or diagnosis. Better communication and screening before dispatching technicians would save customers a lot of frustration.

Doug was very knowledgeable & solved a complex wiring problem & got our AC running. Great service & he explained things to me.

Excellent work. Replaced a furnace and ac in 3 hours and scheduled also a air duct cleaning for $100 less than the next bid which was just furnace and ac alone. Also the tech working under the house alerted us to a leak under our water softener (which needs to be fixed too cause the pipes busted :P everything at once is how it works...) but kept us from getting another 4-6 months of water damage before the water softener fell through the floor.
