James did an awesome job detailing our options. We had a complicated situation with our zone system and James sorted it out and offered us a great solution. The crew did a great job installing out furnace and air conditioner. Amazingly professional service. We got one other competitive bid and the cost of just the furnace replacement was that same cost that James gave us for the whole project. I was blown away by how much effort Jim put into the bid and the value he gave us.
