I have had a wonderful experience at Lyon Place. Both Megan and Wilbur were very helpful with my move-in process. The staff at the front desk are also very helpful with packages and questions. The community areas are very nice and clean, and I have enjoyed using them. Overall, the apartment building as a whole is quiet and friendly, and I would recommend!
Wonderful experience. I was given a thorough tour of the facility (it's beautiful) and provided with all the leasing and move-in details. Responses to all requests and questions are always answered promptly. Common areas are immaculate. The 24 hr concierge is a big plus. And Trader Joe's downstairs makes shopping a breeze. Enjoy living here!
Wilber is the best property manager - apartment lives up to the expectations and has the best location in Arlington.
Responsive management team, maintenance is on top of issues including daily cleaning & great location.
Amazing staff, the employees at the front desk are always helpful and a pleasure to see. The building manager (Wilber) is kind and responds to things quickly. The maintenance team also responds quickly and always does great work. The lobby and building are incredibly clean, there is rarely a long wait for the elevator, and our apartment has a wonderful view. The best part is being able to walk to Trader Joe’s without having to leave our apartment building and how close everything is.
