Living at Lyon Place has been fantastic! My wife and I have had such a great experience — Megan and Wilbur are amazing, and the front desk team is always on top of things, especially with packages and questions. Whenever there’s a maintenance issue in the apartment, it gets taken care of right away — we’re especially grateful to Henry for his quick and reliable help. Excellent location and great staff! The complex is behind Trader Joe’s, close to the Metro Station, near CVS, USPS, gyms, the Dry Cleaners and restaurants and shops so practically everything is within walking distance. Shoutout to Wilber from the Leasing Office, Henry from the Engineering & Maintenance Team and to Toni, our weekend concierge for assisting when the movers arrived on Easter Sunday. Good job!!! Highly recommended 👍👍
I have lived here for almost two years and intend to renew for another year. The management team here is phenomenal (shout out Wilber who helped me with my first move and now my second move to another apartment in the same building). The apartment is located in the prime of Clarendon. I’ve had no issues with my apartment and there’s 24/7 concierge, access to Trader Joe’s from inside the building, and a beautiful rooftop. The only thing i wish they had was a better call box so I could let people upstairs easily, but concierge... read more
