Excellent location and great staff! The complex is behind Trader Joe’s, close to the Metro Station, near CVS, USPS, gyms, the Dry Cleaners and restaurants and shops so practically everything is within walking distance. Shoutout to Wilber from the Leasing Office, Henry from the Engineering & Maintenance Team and to Toni, our weekend concierge for assisting when the movers arrived on Easter Sunday. Good job!!! Highly recommended 👍👍
I have lived here for almost two years and intend to renew for another year. The management team here is phenomenal (shout out Wilber who helped me with my first move and now my second move to another apartment in the same building). The apartment is located in the prime of Clarendon. I’ve had no issues with my apartment and there’s 24/7 concierge, access to Trader Joe’s from inside the building, and a beautiful rooftop. I have had a wonderful experience at Lyon Place. Both Megan and Wilbur were very helpful with my move-in process. The staff at the front desk are also very helpful with packages and questions. The community areas are very nice and clean, and I have enjoyed using them. Overall, the apartment building as a whole is quiet and friendly, and I would recommend!
Wonderful experience. I was given a thorough tour of the facility (it's beautiful) and provided with all the leasing and move-in details. Responses to all requests and questions are always answered promptly. Common areas are immaculate. The 24 hr concierge is a big plus. And Trader Joe's downstairs makes shopping a breeze. Enjoy living here!
