Great company to work with . Very understanding and flexible.
This company is terrible. I shut off power throughout house over the winter after increasing the efficiency and moving. Not only did I use a fraction of the power but the bill still went up. They, llec, wouldn't make adjustments or check the meter, they blamed it solely on the temperature and did nothing but send me charts for three consecutive months b4 I gave up. Terrible specific customer service.
