I asked Lyon to survey my property for a permit. They worked on the project until the boundry points were exactly placed and marked. I later asked for a printed copy on the parcel which they were happy to provide at no cost. I believe their services are fairly priced and the communications and service are outstanding. If you need the job done right the first time, these are your guys

Building in a Flood zone has its challenges. Brian and the team at Lyon Engineering made it happen. They formulated a plan and worked with the Flood district get our pad and home approved. Brian went out of his way to help me find the right people for modeling and last-minute requirements. We performed the project as owner/builders and my wife and I performed most of the work. This meant that Lyon had to be very patient with us, and they were. Thank you Brian and the team at Lyon Kevin and Julie Devault

The team at Lyon Engineering & Surveying went above and beyond for me. From the first interaction, they were professional, courteous, and clearly experts in their field. They surveyed my property with precision and uncovered a major error made by a previous surveyor that had cost me two feet of my land! The previous surveyor failed to find the original property corner, which was still there, and instead set a new one in the wrong spot, never even bothering to record the survey.
