Very slow unloading
My appointment was 9:00 a.m. and Im still being unloaded at 1230pm. To all Truckers/Owner operators aak for atleast 25% more. They will take 4-5 hours to unload a truck that took less than 1 hour to load. They don't value drivers time at all.
Well my experience here was bad... We had 9am appointment for delivery and 2 other deliveries in the area, driver arrived at 7am, they didnt take him till 9am we got unloaded at 11:15am. Less then half of the trailer... they know we had 2 other deliveries appointment was 10am and 11am for other delivers that we are obviously late cuz of 1st stop.. Needed a capacitor on a record breaking hot day and showed up to Ferguson HVAC in Chesapeake a minute after closing. Thankfully, Ryan was there, just as he locked the door he saw me and opened back up. Ryan took great care to help me get what I needed and this enabled me to fix a unit for a church friend! I honestly have to say that was the best customer service I've received in 20 years. Thank you!
