Unsafe, low pay, and management issues on a regular basis.
Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone for employment if anything it's just a pit stop in life. Management runs this place into the ground if your not on the in crowd list then they just don't show you no respect place needs a whole new management team from the top to the bottom. Pay is horrible been guys there 30 years barely making $17 an hour. Forklift drivers get hired in at $15 an hour which is minimum wage at the start of 2025. There's alot to say but I'll stick to the basics. Unless you're a woman or Mike "meth mouth" Sitkiwitz's family or close friend you will not enjoy working here. The top pay is for welders and thats 16.25 lol. They're understaffed for a reason folks. They dead bolt the emergency exits, highly illegal btw. If ol mike gets mad at you he cuts you out of hours as well. About 99% of the people that left a review for Lyon are no longer employed there, even the good reviewers. Don't come here unless you hate yourself!
Place is a damn joke they wanted to fire me all because I had my eyes closed for not even 5 seconds when the line wasn’t even moving how pathetic is that
