Worst run company ever! I had a prior good experience with Dr Epstein several years ago but he’s no longer there. When I made another appt to come back in for an evaluation/injection in Carrollton the nightmare started. My appt was made for 2 weeks from my call. I provided them with my new ins info. I have been going to Spokane valley WA site, since 2019 the have only run scans once, when I question process I am told they can run their clinic any way they see fit. Dr. Scott Spendlove claims he owns the clinic so he stands behind the decision that service dog is not allowed in clinic. If you question their contract which he claims that any doctor can do he will back his team since people on opioid seem to have an impaired memory of recall.
