Due to ongoing constructions, on the next property my fence got repeatedly and increasingly damaged. Since January 2024 and 12 emails, including photos, plus phone calls, trying to get a repair / replacement quote from Lynx Fence, I've had zero results. Other than a promise during my phone calls to Ethan Madsen, (I will speak to one of our estimators and see what we can do for you). The least they could say that they're too busy or this job is not big enough for them to be bothered to quote on it. Nope, not even that.
I phoned for a quote for a fair size project , A few days later, I was contacted by this abacus fencing company. He came out, looked at the project and I haven’t heard from him since I called him back after two weeks to see if he was still gonna give me a quote. He said he’d call me right back and never did. They manufactured a gate to enclose the yard when our other gate was destroyed. In a day !
Had a very pleasant experience purchasing all the parts and pieces for my chain link fence. With my lack of experience with chain link parts the lady at reception was very helpful.They also honoured their return policy on the extra parts I ordered. I highly recommend this business for their excellent customer service and staff that’s well experienced.
If you go for an interview, don't expect a call informing you that you didn't get the job....like most places that have the common courtesy to do so
