Really happy to visit Lynwood Vet with friendly and caring staff. Efficient registration, prompt appointment time, smooth checkup. As a first time cat owner, I appreciate the detailed background check and wise advise from Dr Amy and nurse. I called to make an appointment for the next day and was given advise how to care for my sick cat before seeing the doctor. Such good and caring service really caught me by surprise as compared to other clinics.
For doing NOTHING that made a difference to my dog’s condition I was charged $120!! I’m a pensioner. I called to book in my small dog concerning a common condition. To the credit of the clinic they said that the vet would see me at short notice and at 5.45 on a Friday night. The first vet I saw was unable to view inside my dog’s. The next vet also failed to do so and I was then told to return the following day to have my dog NEEDLE SEDATED! The vets and vet nurses were are absolutely outstanding! Tl:dr the vets took excellent care in desexing my female Labradoodle and their follow up was awesome! I took my 1.7 year old Labradoodle Marceline here to get desexed and they were incredible from start to finish! My dog is nervous at the vets and they immediately saw that, got on her level and assessed her on the ground. They gave her a pre-med for the surgery to keep her as calm as possible! My sister and I cannot thank Lynwood vet clinic enough, absolute care and professionalism with our four legged family member who was in desperate need of a doctor, we got a team, they arranged a cat box for ease of transport and had a team of doctors and nurses with full facilities to attend to our cats emergency.
