Extremely disappointing experience from start to finish. I found the clinic poorly maintained, with a strong unpleasant smell and an overall unprofessional atmosphere. I felt the staff, including the nurses, were rude, judgmental, and lacking compassion. My interactions with Louis left me feeling uncomfortable and with little confidence in the honesty or quality of care provided. First time here - Helped my dog when he ate chocolate cake but also heard them laugh / scoff when I told them I realised I reported my card lost that day and didn't know how to pay. They suggested I leave my dog there. Like he's an item. Think they assumed I was bullshitting. Anyway, people make mistakes but it made me feel like I didn't want to be there for an extra second.
