Found a lost dog roaming the streets being cheeky so I decided to take the lost dog to this establishment. Staff was friendly and very helpful. They managed to locate the owner of the dog and was returned safely. I received a courtesy call to inform me the dog was reunited with the family. Very happy with the outcome.
Over all good vets - each time we have seen a different one, the first was the best (very good with our new puppy giving lots of treats to try make the vet a positive experience) but all vets are good
Extremely disappointing experience from start to finish. I found the clinic poorly maintained, with a strong unpleasant smell and an overall unprofessional atmosphere. I felt the staff, including the nurses, were rude, judgmental, and lacking compassion. My interactions with Louis left me feeling uncomfortable and with little confidence in the honesty or quality of care provided.
