I had phone conversations with Lynn about bringing my dog for a short stay. She asked for vet records, which I sent to her. She left me a voicemail on Monday afternoon saying he needed a couple things before he could come, which I totally understand, but I couldn’t get him into the vet the next day on Tuesday, which was the same day I was leaving town. Extremely rude!!!! My 15 year old daughter, who is an aspiring veterinarian went in to inquire about a summer job and was treated with total disrespect. She was told she didn’t know how to handle a dog with no evaluation and just for the record we have a 105lb Bully. A simple “we’re not hiring” would have been sufficiently but instead they wanted to humiliate and intimidate my daughter.
Owner is not clear about puppies and vaccination requirements. She has her own set of rules. Does not follow veterinary medicine recommendations. Very argumentative. I would not recommend based on my several interactions. It was a total waste of my time.
The only place in this area that I would leave my dogs. I tried others and my dogs were sick when I picked them up. My dogs love Lynwood and they are in just as good a shape and health as when I drop them off.
Look elsewhere..they have 24/7 webcams, but broke & have been for over 2 months..promised they would be fixed by the time we left our dog..not true. Had a sign above the desk that read: "Will be happy to accomodate after hrs pick-up for a fee." This was not honored, even though we were only arriving 30 min. after the pick-up cut-off time. This did not make sense to me..looks as though they post a sign they pick & choose when they honor it..they would not even let us pick her up the next day when they came in to feed the anim... read more
