I want praise Shelly Henderson for her incredible help and willingness to work with me on a tricky issue I had concerning a different apartment building. She has been so gracious. I love living here as I feel like I live in the trees. Everything is so well kept!
Would give 0 stars if I could. In a nutshell - lived there for a year, two years ago. Ended up needing to end my lease 1.5 months early due to the ongoing plumbing issues in my apartment. Gave the manager a month notice that I would be leaving 1.5 months early. All good. Now - I am fighting a random $5k credit collector for something I was totally unaware of. I rented a space from Lynwood Commons on Bainbridge Island for 5 years. When I moved in the space was dirty, smelled like kitchen grease and just an overall a mess. I painted, wallpapered, put up window coverings, cleaned and made the space very nice. I always paid my rent on time and put my notice in on a timely manner. I just moved here and was very impressed with how quickly Ryan got my application approved and how clean and well maintained the premises are. I feel like I live in the trees as there is so much greenery outside my windows!
Beautiful place. I've enjoyed living here the past year. Lots of great things about the neighborhood. The property is well managed and well maintained.
