I sold my home and needed an apartment for a while. I have owned several homes but have only rented an apartment one other time at ridgetop in Silverdale, waiting for my home to be ready and hated it. I absolutely love everything about Lynwood Commons. It's clean and safe, the energy here is wonderful and the staff/management are not only wonderful people they are very good at their jobs. I want praise Shelly Henderson for her incredible help and willingness to work with me on a tricky issue I had concerning a different apartment building. She has been so gracious. I love living here as I feel like I live in the trees. Everything is so well kept!
Would give 0 stars if I could. In a nutshell - lived there for a year, two years ago. Ended up needing to end my lease 1.5 months early due to the ongoing plumbing issues in my apartment. Gave the manager a month notice that I would be leaving 1.5 months early. All good. Now - I am fighting a random $5k credit collector for something I was totally unaware of. I rented a space from Lynwood Commons on Bainbridge Island for 5 years. When I moved in the space was dirty, smelled like kitchen grease and just an overall a mess. I painted, wallpapered, put up window coverings, cleaned and made the space very nice. I always paid my rent on time and put my notice in on a timely manner. I just moved here and was very impressed with how quickly Ryan got my application approved and how clean and well maintained the premises are. I feel like I live in the trees as there is so much greenery outside my windows!
