They cleaned my car pretty good, I just didn't like the older lady at the desk. When they finished my car I drove, right across the street to the get me some fish, I paid for my fish but it wasn't ready so by then I had to use the bathroom, so I went back across the street because the fish place doesn't have a restroom. I asked the lady can I use the bathroom and she said no if you're car isn't here anymore, you need to use it across the street. 1st time there and the last one, I forgot a flash light with a rechargeable battery and they stole it, I went back to the owner (I think) and when I told him what happened he said that people needs money, and when I asked him to check his cameras he said no without hesitation, either he knows or he's covering for the employees

I do not recommend this place. Earlier today, I took my car for a wash, and towards the end of my service, I noticed that my passenger side mirror was missing. I asked the person who was cleaning my vehicle what happened and he said, " He doesn’t know”. The manager tried to convince me that I came there with only one when in fact I know I didn’t, because I used the mirror to merge over to enter the parking lot. Would NOT recommend! This is the first and last time I’ll be coming here - literally left less than 20 minutes ago. There are 6 or 7 “packages” you can choose from. I intended to choose #2 - $25.99. I let the owner convince me to get package #5 - $35.99 - because it “included the works”. When I left, there was still dust on my dash and vents, smudges around my windows, stains on my interior that weren’t cleaned, and it was obvious they didn’t vacuum properly. They stole my Honda accord floor mates that are worth over 100 dollars and acted like I was lying when I told them the cheap ones they put in the car were not mine. They didn't refund me and was mad because I wanted a refund. The owner told me that he didnt have time to look for my floor mates when I insisted that they stole them and scratched my car too! Wth is going on this place, never again!!
