Lynwood is the best avian vet I have brought my bird, Mango, to. Everybody who works there is so kind, knowledgeable, and patient when Mango is being a butthead and flying circles around the exam room. They know their stuff about birds and I learn something new every time I take her there too. The staff treat Mango gently and respectfully which means so much to me, and it makes vet visits 10x less anxious for both of us (though Mango did hold a grudge against me for days after the last one). I am deeply disappointed by how I was treated by this clinic during an extremely stressful time involving my medically fragile dog. I want to be clear that I always appreciated Dr. Harrison’s care. She was compassionate, understanding, and one of the few people who made me feel heard. My concerns are not about her. I am grateful to have found this veterinary practice for my buns. They are gentle, thorough, and they completely understand the complications of exotic animal care. When one of my rabbits died unexpectedly (with an emergency walk-in vet on a holiday, of course), they were kind enough to consult with me.
