Dr. Poulton is an avian angel!! Nothing but good things to say about Lynwood. The compassion and concern is very comforting. Even in an emergency situation they made arrangements to see our cockatiel right away.
Their website says new patients are accepted, it even say to “ call to get started”….but I have tried 3 separate times to get an appointment for my bird and they say they are not accepting new clients. They’re suggest I call a vet in Kingston..
I highly recommend Lynwood Animal Hospital. I've seen them for a variety of different pets. Their advice is both caring and pragmatic.
If I can wish anything in the world is, that I never stepped foot in this place. After our appointment and spending over $1000. We called for continued care as our pet was not feeling better and nothing. Multiple messages, calling and begging for help. BEGGING. I got tired and brought my pet to Montreal 24 hour emergency and the vet was shocked at the lack of care my pet received. Including the fact that no medication was given. It is with regret that my pet passed away. My best friend is now gone because of there negligence... read more
