I have visited the community during the week and often on weekends and seeing the last post I have to speak up. Families need to know from another family friend that the memory care unit is often very dirty, has a smell and apartments are not kept very clean. I have seen cockroaches in the dining room area and the floors sticky when I walk through. During meals very small portions are served and at times run out. This place has lost some really good employees in the last few months. Communication previously was up to par, now the calls have decreased. The last few visits I have made to the facility to visit my loved one I have noticed some concerning things. Trails of rodent poop and traps, also a raccoon trap in room. The halls have a distinct smell that also lingers. Really clean and friendly place. We visited my Uncle Jim. My mom lived here in assisted living, my aunt lived here in memory care. Everyone was and is well taken care of!

Had a great visit with my brother on Feb.13th. Victoria came in to take his blood pressure, and we enjoyed meeting her and talking with her. Everyone we encountered was very friendly.
