My father was admitted on Jan 20, 2021. I paid two months up front.12600 dollars. Unfortunately he died 7 days after admission. 100 dollars was missing from his wallet at the time of death. His wallet wasn't even in his room. I donated a brand new 2500 dollar lift assist chair to the facility before I found out how shady they were. My brother and I have called multiple times to get a refund for the time he did not live. They will not return our calls, texts messages, nothing. They just ghost us. The most I would give this place is 1/2 a star and that's ONLY because it's pretty on the outside. My father, who has late stage Alzheimer's was sent here a little over a month ago. From the very beginning the woman that runs the place, Holly, was restricting our visitations. My mother was only allowed to see him twice a week, for no more than an hour, M-F between breakfast and lunch. I emailed Holly requesting to visit my father on the weekends since I have a 1st shift job M-F and was told no. I was not able to see my fathe... read more
