I bought a brand new boat and Seadoo last year and both had recall notices that were not made aware to me. Both the boat and Seadoo were unusable for most of the summer after spending over 100K. Brought the boat in for recall service and now they are charging me over $1500 for the drive train that was on recall. This place is crooked and I am pursuing a lawsuit. As others have written on Yelp, you might want to look elsewhere for service. I think I’ve noticed a trend here. The sales and finance reviews are almost all wonderful. The service reviews that I noticed seemed to be poor. My own experience is like that…poor. This will probably be my last time there. I will do everything I can to take my business elsewhere. My Wife & I purchased a pair of snowmobiles here. They found our sleds on a truck headed for another store, called them & made a swap to get them. We had located a trailer at another dealership and these guys went the extra mile to put the whole deal together and hand us a great turn-key package. We are totally thrilled with the business!
