I’m writing this review to share a deeply troubling experience at Lynnwood Medical Clinic involving the front receptionist, Val. Her conduct was not only rude and condescending, but also completely unprofessional and, in my opinion, dangerous. During my experience, Val consistently interrupted me mid-sentence, didn’t listen, and dismissed legitimate concerns with a shockingly cavalier attitude. My wife and i have been going there for years. Elsbeth Van Arkel is our doctor, shes helped us out so many times. Remembers everything about us, pushes to get us in places for whatever medical reason. Shes a Saint .. Smart, extremely knowledgeable. We consider her almost family. Lynwood is a bit out of the way for us but 100% worth it. Non judgmental… etc etc … you can tell she enjoys helping people.
