I've been going to this clinic my whole life, regardless of where I've moved to in the city. The doctors are all smart and capable, the administrative team is always kind and helpful, and the clinic rarely has troubles with wait times. The hours are a bit wonky but it's a small community clinic and it has been this way for as long as I can remember. Dr. Shumate is a great doctor but if you're looking for treatment for mental health, Dr. Nnabuchi can't be beat.
I’m writing this review to share a deeply troubling experience at Lynnwood Medical Clinic involving the front receptionist, Val. Her conduct was not only rude and condescending, but also completely unprofessional and, in my opinion, dangerous. During my experience, Val consistently interrupted me mid-sentence, didn’t listen, and dismissed legitimate concerns with a shockingly cavalier attitude.
