Recently went into this clinic and was greeted with the most amazing customer service I have ever experienced. There were two ladies working at the front desk, one of them was quite sour and unapproachable, while Nancy was quick to hear my concerns and completely made my day and made me feel heard. The way she spoke to all of the patient made everyone smile. If you are going to this clinic, make sure to speak with Nancy!
The front staff here are perpetually upset or frustrated at life. They are short tempered and never helpful! Canada needs more options for doctors!!!
I have been a patient of Dr. Farrah's for 5+ years and she continually provides high quality treatment. She allows me to advocate for myself, while also offering sound advice and guidance in areas I'm unsure of how to proceed. Always helpful and pleasant to work with! I'm very grateful to her, for the roll she's played in my health care journey has been pivotal.
