Beware I don’t like to leave negative reviews but this time I feel its absolutely necessary in hopes of warning other people. Really happy with the dental work at this store. I had several crown replacements and it was a long process. Each person that I experienced at this office was fantastic. But my most time was with Sarah and I can say she was wonderful. Very knowledgeable very thorough and always explained what was coming up. I only saw this dentist (Dr. Hayden) once for a periodontal cleaning. During the visit she NEVER mentioned that I needed new fillings or crowns. I take excellent care of my teeth and my fillings are all fine. Shortly after my visit, my insurance company advised me this dental office filed for pre-approval of crowns and pins for me. I have no intention of getting work done that is completely unnecessary and I told my insurance company this.
