Whether you’re new and looking to try CrossFit for the first time, an athlete who’s moving and looking for a new gym, or a visitor looking to drop in for a single class, Lynnwood CrossFit is a great choice. The coaches are very accommodating to all levels, have excellent coaching queues that will make your movements more efficient, and the community is truly special. They will warmly welcome you immediately and they really care for each other. Not all gyms are built the same - this one is excellent.

Best gym with awesome coaches and lovely people. Along with getting fitter and stronger physically you also get mentally strong when you workout with a very positive community.

I love this local fitness gym! I tried out different activities and gyms before I found this one, but I would say the biggest two advantages I feel about this local gym are: 1. it really has a great atmosphere here and everyone here is very supportive and friendly! 2. Jesse and the other instructors all teach very well! They will make the action clear and easy to follow. There are gyms closer and more convenient for me, but Lynnwood Crossfit is worth the extra miles and time. Even if I found a closer gym with the same quality of coaching, I wouldn't leave the family Lynnwood Crossfit has become. As for Crossfit in general, it is the only thing I have ever stuck to, and I can say it is habit now.
