CTC is the best clinic that I've ever been to! My experience with their staff & counselors is that they're there because they genuinely care. They've been nothing but kind & helpful & it makes a huge difference when you feel supported. Just dont continously be late, or show up around closing time cuz the nurses dont like that and they'll let you know how they feel abt it lol
I'm this place is the most unhelpful please but I've been through so far. Numerous phone calls about my situation my insurance and then I finally have an appointment but they said they were gonna help me that day. I waited two hours for them to tell me that they can't help me. I found a place 15 minutes away to help me in an hour with my issue unorganized don't waste your time
This place is a joke. They only cater to you when you are using, when you get clean they will do anything in their power to mess with you and make it so you have to come in everyday instead of working YOUR program and getting carries because they want the money. I've had several counselors tell me that they are encouraged to encourage the patients to stay on methadone, not have their final goal be off of it & they will get fired or in trouble for voicing their opinions on that if they don't agree. Extremely unprofessional when dealing with the nurses. The act like they hate their job, and the majority of " counsolers do not help in getting patients the care they need. They do not respect clients time and do everything they can to make it impossible to hold a job. There is no communication between the staff which slows the service down.The nurses that administer the medication act like they don't want to be there and they would rather let the line of people grow while they are doing nothing in the nurses station.
