Lynn’s pharmacy is amazing! My family has used them for years. My grandparents still drive from West to go there. My grandma is hard of hearing and while some other pharmacies get impatient the staff here is always kind and helpful. She tells me when she goes there Scotti always greets her with a smile and treats her like family. That customer service is hard to find these days! Thank you Lynn’s for all that you do!
This is the worst Pharmacy in WACO-- they are never on time. The staff is rude. They do not respond in a timely manner. After numerous request to do things in a particular way they completely disregard you. We had to leave town to go to Houston Medical Center FOR MY 3 YEAR OLD WHO HAS CANCER and they did not get our medication out to us so I called at closing and they refused to wait 10 mins for us to come pick it up so she could go to Houston to get her CHEMO.
