Just spoke with Tom directly and ultimately got a, “that’s tough” response. No help or effort to meet customer satisfaction and he owns the company. I do not recommend.
This was my first order from them. It has been over a month since my initial order and they just cancelled my order after I expressed my frustration politely. I reached out to them to inform them I did not intend to cancel the order but needed it prior to Easter. No response and they have been very abrasive to work with.
