Great guest service!!!
Louis, Bianca, Robert, Eric, "new guy" and the rest of the service team were a well oiled team that provided knock your socks off service. Professional, straightforward yet down to earth - not to mention a great repair. One day turnaround. Very accessible staff. Truly impressed. I’m disappointed that I only have the mechanics ID number because he deserves to be acknowledged by name as well. It was wonderful to have such a great experience.

I’ve been going to this service center for a while now. I always drop off my vehicle and get a Lyft ride back to work. Today, when I asked for the ride, the service guy told me they no longer offer Lyft rides. I mean, if you’re discontinuing a service, at least let customers know in advance. Now they have their own ride service, but the driver is often not available to drop customers off. Very disappointing experience!!
