Terrible experience with Lynne's. Bought a used car from Lynne's Subaru 12 months ago and purchased the warranty. It has been in the shop for 6 months out of 12. They initially told us it passed inspection when we first purchased it but then a week later told us it had failed and needed repairs. Since then it has needed extensive repairs including an engine replacement. They told us they would cancel the sale if it needed significant repairs and I think an engine replacement is significant but now they refuse to even speak t... read more
Avoid at all costs. I bought a used car here, and it was a terrible experience. They tried rip me off on the trade in. The used car I purchased has quality problems and they gave it for a bad price. They still owe me $30, but I just gave up for after spending 3 months chasing them for another $300 they owed. Ugh. I don’t know how they have their current rating. Maybe they used to be good? Notice that ALL of their recent reviews are awful.
Please do your research before buying a car from Lynne's. Their service department can not fix major problems, finance department never call people back with major issues, and management does not take concerns seriously. I WISH i researched before I went to Lynnes when I was buying my car; I would have found another dealership with better communication to purchase my car from.
Stay far away from this place! Shoddy sales practices, wrong registrations given. Some poor bloke doesn't have the title for the car he bought a year ago. They give the run-around and never call you back. They have multiple open complaints with consumer affairs. You've been warned!
Stopped by to inquire about the Rogue listened online. The customer service experience was awful and the sales rep was so rude. Take your money elsewhere
