I wasn’t looking for a car but came across an ad for a car that seemed interesting. The contact info put me in touch w/a woman Maria who worked at Lynne’s Auto Group. She presented herself as the rep for the car and texted me asking when I could stop by, which was the next day. At this point, I’m expecting to bring everything I need to buy this car. I have a 2021 Subaru Impreza that was bought in a different dealer (it was bought at Wappinger's Falls, NY). Well, my daughter crashed into a tree at the end of our driveway, and the rearview mirror on the driver's side came off. So I looked for the Subaru dealer nearest me, which was Lynne's. l took it in. They were very nice, but they said that the whole mirror would need to be replaced. I had all the parts to the mirror, but fine. I recently bought a car from Lynnes Nissan, and the experience has been really disappointing. It took them almost three months to mail my registration, during which time I ended up getting a ticket due to an expired plate. I had made numerous calls to follow up, and every single time they claimed they didn't have my insurance. despite the fact that I provided it on the same day of purchase.
