Ms. Berdofe and the nurse who saw me were very rude. Both were condescending and demeaning about many things I said and asked during my short visit there.
Dr. Berdofe was wonderful! Thorough, knowledgeable great bedside manner. Will definitely be going back.
Very professional & caring .
Unbelievably rude practitioner and staff, from start to finish. She flat out refused my belief about two related conditions I have symptoms of (there is extensive evidence supporting what I was requesting). She did give the imaging order at my insistence, but the eye-rolling never ceased. She also did a pap while I was there, and came back while I was getting dressed & asked if I’d ever been told I have an enlarged cervix. I said no, & asked what it could mean.
