Wendi has taken on our property management in unfortunate circumstances that were left behind by a previous property manager. She's had her work cut out for her but as landlords (and past tenants) she has been nothing but fair and knowledgeable. We are grateful for the service she has provided.
Enquired about listed property, they did not provided requested info at all. Absolutely ignored phone calls. When finally got through to them Wendy provided some infos but they were absolutely not true. Very unprofessional and arrogant. Perhaps she should get a job at Rasty Markets in town, would be more appropriate.
If I was in the unfortunate situation where I had the choice of renting through this real estate again or living in my vehicle, I'd choose the vehicle. Much less stress.
