Staff was friendly, helpful, and efficient for emergency pain and planning for follow-on work. Dr. Vu was patient and compassionate with my concerns.
Dr. Vu extracted a lower right molar on me 2 1/2 years ago. I experienced extreme pain during the procedure. I have lived with pain in my lower right jaw ever since. The pain radiates up, causing headaches on my right side, and down, causing neck pain on my right side. I live on pain killers.
This is truly a great dental practice. Dr. Lynn Vu and her dental assistant are gentle, kind, efficient (always on time) and professional. Her office manager is friendly and professional and is outstanding in processing insurance claims. Office is clean and pleasant. I have been going here for a number of years and have never had a bad experience.
Good honest dentist. No up selling, straight to the point.
