Everything was great, check-in was easy and quick. Saw my physio right on time. Felt better after my treatment. And assigned some exercises that should help. Great!
I write this review with a heavy heart. I have been going to LV Physio for decades with very little satisfaction and low results. I just thought that the way they run things is the way all physio's run things. However, I just went to Coast and in one session I got relief that I hadn't gotten in years. The main difference was that at LV physios spend less than half and even in some instances less than 10 minutes with you before hooking you up to a machine and leaving, as they often have multiple patients at the same time. Receptionists are really nice and helpful, which I appreciated. However, I didn’t have a good experience with the physiotherapy service itself. During my sessions, the therapist would massage the painful area for just a few minutes, then turn on a machine and leave the room to see another patient. After about 10–15 minutes, when the machine stopped, they would come back and the session was basically over.
