We wait too long
The care at the clinic itself is great. Their billing and insurance team are another story. I used my credit card to pay for my husbands copay for a visit in December. Nine months later, they charge my card (unauthorized may I add) almost $500.00. They said my husband was not covered at the time. Caitlyn was amazing answered all of my questions and didn’t make me feel uncomfortable for being curious. The receptionist and Medical assistant were also helpful.
I visited for a quick check-up yesterday and was very impressed with the professionalism and efficiency of the entire team. The staff were prompt, respectful, and communicated clearly throughout my visit. Nurse Rob was particularly outstanding—he ensured he had all the necessary information, verified everything accurately, and maintained a great sense of humor while remaining highly professional.
