Lynn helped me quit smoking after years of failed attempts to quit on my own. She was warm, welcoming and I instantly felt her judgement free attitude. She made the process very comfortable and easy for me. I really didn't believe that this method would work for me, I had already tried so many other methods before this. I smoked for over a decade but when I left Lynn's I mentally felt like I had been a non smoker my whole life, I no longer associated cigarettes with myself. It has been life changing.
I can't thank Lynn enough I had emotional code done and felt the weight lifted from me. I also got my brother a session and I think it gave him hope, and just may have save his life.
