I've had some hip pain for over 4 months now that nothing seemed to make go away. One session with Lynn and I'm already feeling a million times better. He took so much time to find the root causes for the pain, worked to address the issues, and explained everything step by step. I also left the session with exercises to do at home to continue my recovery. I would recommend Lynn to anyone! I will definitely be returning soon.

Lynn is an Amazing professional and Gifted Therapist! He listens to to your issues patiently , examines you body mechanics and movements and then jumps right in and goes to work on you ! Leaving you feeling better and moving better than you came in . Also gives you some exercises that will work to correct where your issues are coming from by attacking the root cause . I never have felt so well cared for before. Thank you, Lynn

Professional, effective and outcome based assessment of my concerns, desired outcomes and development of a program to achieve those outcomes. Clear understandable demonstration of exercises to include rationale for why they are effective. Take home instruction videos yo record on phone easy to follow. Plan a follow up session in ~ 5-6 weeks.
