Dropped my truck off Tuesday with an appointment (meaningless apparently). Used text function to communicate. Was informed 2 techs didnt show, so it was taking awhile. I get that, I accepted it, was patient, etc. Messaged again the next day, was told I would get an update "in a few minutes". That update never came. Jerry's Chevrolet of Burleson knocked it out of the park! I used to live in Fort Worth, so I initially took my Traverse to the dealership there for a simple bulletin repair. My car sat on the lot untouched for 8 days without so much as a diagnosis despite making an appointment. I saw no light at the end of the tunnel, so I picked it up and brought it to Jerry's, where it was seen promptly and repaired with no problems.
