This office will not schedule you an appointment without first obtaining your medical records, which can take at least 30 days. I tried following up on the status of my medical records and was sent to another line and the phone rang for over 5 minutes and no one ever answered. I’m going to take my good health insurance and money elsewhere.
I've heard nothing but great reviews regarding Dr. Lynn Lee.
I filled out an enormous amount of paperwork. Dropped off my records. They called me 2 months later informing me that they wouldn't take me as a patient. I asked if they knew of the reason, and was told no. I then asked for my records back. I was told over the phone that they couldn't give me back my records. I was told that because they were faxed, they couldn't give them back and they have to destroy them. I told her they were not faxed to their office, I dropped them off. She said no again.
