Lynn and her staff listen to your perceptions and follow up. I trying to say from Carol (answers and greets)to her nurse, PA, and Lynn. There you do not get the assembly line feeling. I am very pleased they care enough to remember your history and can keep up with another specialist that you see. In that office facts and data are still important Rarely will you see the staff and doctors work so well as a happy team. Everyone you see there gives the impression they are blessed to be there. Love it.
I saw Dr. Robinson once and her nurse practitioner once over the last year. The first visit was to validate that our two styles of wellness aligned and the second was for some issues sustained after making a difficult move. The nurse practitioner completely missed that I had torn a ligament in my ankle and sent me out of the office with absolutely nothing to help. Im only giving a rating of one because it doesn't go any lower. Recently took a loved one there and this was the worst experience I have ever experienced at a physician office. Very uncaring, hands in her pocket, no touching to see where the was coming from, no listening for vitals or anything that a person would expect when going to a Dr in excruciating pain. I have not posted before,ever ,however my experience has been so wonderful and beyond my preconceived negative expectations.Meeting, Dr Lynn Robinson,M.D. I had a lot of health concerns,a laundry list,to be shure.It has now been three months,since presenting her with all of my health concerns.Dr Lynn Robinson,has addressed every problem!
