This was my visit, I was welcomed by the front office. Then Dr Kong’s Resident, Rahul Jalota,took my history and information. He was very pleasant and thorough! Easy to talk with. Dr Kong was equally as pleasant and thorough! Her mannerisms were open and friendly, so nice to experience.
I have been receiving treatment from Dr Lynn Kong since 2011 for CLL. She has always been very professional and caring. As with most doctor's, she seems to have a full schedule but always makes certain to take time with you to discuss your condition, recent test results, etc. Wait times are usually minimal and her staff is quite nice. I highly recommend Dr Kong.
I absolutely love Dr . Kong. My first oncologist almost killed me. She listened to my fears and recommended a treatment that I was able to handle. Always direct and professional. I never feel rushed during my appointment. Great bedside manor. I would and have highly recommended her.
Dr. Lynn Kong is kind and considerate and easy to talk to, she takes the time to make sure you understand and feel confident about your treatment plan......she has been my Oncologist for more than 20 years and I admire her very much.....
I was diagnosed with Stage 2 Breast cancer and needed to find an Oncologist to start treatment . My husband and I met with Dr. Kong . She spend a reasonable amount of time with us. She was aware I was looking for a doctor close to home and we talked about a treatment plan. I left two messages with her office assistant and spoke to her assistant a third time. When I spoke to her I left a message with questions for Dr. Kong. No response . No follow up. Glad I did not trust her with my treatment.
So frustrated. I called dr kings office because my mom was having chest pains. Sunny the office manager was so rude and disrespectful. We went through similar problems with my fathers care through this office. Whatever happened to simple human kindness and understanding for the elderly?
