We had 2 different experiences, one good, one a little shocking about the no estimate/high price. . Quality and Customer Service excellent, took our car there again today. . .We will see what the 3rd experience says :D We learned to DEMAND an estimate first ;-) That way you don't run into unexpected expenses! I was quoted $350 for a fuel pump. When he called me to say it was done his office girl told me $550 on the phone I protested and said I'll be down there in a minute. when I got there the price had already dropped to $470 so I continued to argue that that was not the price he quoted and he said he never quoted me a price. Who hires a mechanic with out a qote? This guy is a crook. Don't take you care here.

Scam. Ripped off. Took my car in with one small problem. Left needing a major repair. And he had the nerve to change $500 didn't fix a thing just broke my car.

Great Service!!!! I could not have asked for better service!! My car was a mess and every place else wanted to charge my an outrageous price. When I took my car to Lynn McKenzie Auto Repair, Lynn informed me that I did not need all the other parts and repairs that the dealership and other service places insisted that I have done. He fixed my car for a small fraction of the price the other places wanted to charge. I am so glad that I listened to my friends when they told me the Lynn McKenzie was the best. He definitely is.
