Amazing team! I walked in asking for a Miracle on a Monday and they made it happen.
I asked for an estimate for a repair to my Ford. No disclosure of a $188 charge was given. I didnt sign anything no work was donebut when I went to pick up my vehicle, I was presented with a bill for $188 for an estimate. After the runaround, I was given my vehicle with no charge. Mind you I was passed from person to person until one manager said he would take care of it. I was also mocked by a low level manager Glenn. He said another one wanting something for free.
