First service on a new truck and they scratched my rim. Assumingly with their impact wrench while rotating the tires. Mechanic left oil and sweat smears on the hood and grill, not as big of a deal because that can be washed off. However you would think they would be more careful to not scratch rims, especially on a brand new vehicle. I have tried to attach a photo but cant find the option.
I've seen the good, the bad and the ugly of dealer service centers. This is a good one. Great people, reasonably priced, good work. Closer dealers, but I drive further to get to them because they're excellent. Update- their service writers changed awhile ago, and after an interaction or two, we no longer drive the extra distance to use them.
The serviceman was fantastic! He explained what caused our problem, corrected it and assisted us in correcting another issue . Super friendly and kind!
