I've seen the good, the bad and the ugly of dealer service centers. This is a good one. Great people, reasonably priced, good work. Closer dealers, but I drive further to get to them because they're excellent. Update- their service writers changed awhile ago, and after an interaction or two, we no longer drive the extra distance to use them.
The serviceman was fantastic! He explained what caused our problem, corrected it and assisted us in correcting another issue . Super friendly and kind!
The only negative is that it took a little longer than I expected; however, they did an awesome job fixing my car. They even cleaned the inside (had ants everywhere) and washed the outside too. Can’t say enough nice things about everyone in the service department.
