I had put in a LIPO lithium 12v battery that lasted about 10 years. which had to be replaced with what it is suppose to have. They did some updates on the programming and everything seems to be working out. It took time for them to get to my car which is understandable. I am just happy to have my car back. 2012 chevy volt. The main Battery that drives the car is still good. A little weak and may be near the end of it's life. 13 years so far. Credible
I showed up at 7:30am during walk in time and watched 6 vehicles be taken back for service that got there after I did. At least one had to be backed out and taken around. I waited for 3 hours for a simple oil change. It is totally unacceptable to have vehicles that got there after me to be serviced first. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
We got there for our 2pm appt and didn't leave until after 4pm. That was definitely a first for us. 2hrs for an oil change and waiting on it. Then when y'all done our last oil change Mike Davis helped me tremendously by contacting the Cullman dealership where we bought our new truck to get the 3 free oil changed transferred to y'all. He contacted me the next day to let me know all was good and he had spoken to the mgr there and was able to get them transferred to y'all ONLY.
