I scheduled a maintenance (oil change and tire rotation) and oil leak problem online. They scheduled me for 10 am on Thursday. My husband took my car to the dealership and waited for 45 mins before they told him that it was going to take 5 hours. They asked him to bring it back Monday morning and they would give us a loaner to drive and have it ready by Monday afternoon. Brought my vehicle in for a transmission leak and was told it was the torque converter seal. I authorized the repair on 9/2/25 and didn’t hear back for over a month. After asking for an update my service advisor told me it’s still leaking and they found a crack in the transmission case. But the warranty inspector couldn’t see the crack so it wouldn’t be covered.
