I have become so compleatly, content. It is such a wonderful place to be. When looking for a therapist, I noticed Lynn Lambert had A lot of initiale’s behind her name. I thought she would be expensive, but I wanted someone with a lot of éducation. Lynn is amazing, I smoked for 23 yrs roughly, a pack of so a day. It's been 4 days smoke free, I never thought I do it and been working, I have thoughts still yes but I'm happy with results so far.

Smoked for 40 years. I quit smoking with nicorette and then was addicted to the nicorette for 6 months. Haven’t touched it after seeing dr lambert. It has been 2.5 years now.
