I wish I could give no stars. This lady refused to admit that I had presented her with a document that required a witness when I know for sure that I did. She said "I dunno what this is" and gave it back unsigned by her or my witness and made me unable to file these papers that I needed to have notarized and filed by 3pm. I called back and told her what she had (or hadn't) done and she basically told me I was out of luck. Truly terrible and I'll make sure no one I know ever goes to her for anything.
I had a tax nightmare on my hand . It was my own doing. But not wanting to do them incorrectly, I just put off doing them for 8 years. That's right I had 8 years of unfiled taxes. A friend recommended I contact Lynn Jacobs and I so glad I did. I now have half my unfiled taxes filed already. She is organized, professional and even recommended filing my tax years in a particular order so I maximize my tax refunds.
