We had a terrible experience switching to this agency with State Farm. We Got auto and homeowner with them. 2 weeks later I get a call they sent a “3rd party inspector to our house with a drone” and our 7 year old roof wasn’t up to there standards i guess. (Also, good luck getting them to answer the phone when you call.) I asked them to send someone back with a ladder to look so I could see also, and all I got was I’m sorry we have to cancel your coverage after this month. - Nothing is wrong with the roof.
