Update to my previous review. I still stand by the review of the cluster that occurred today - this review is for the follow-up. The site coordinator called and she was absolutely lovely. She let me vent, admitted it was handled poorly, indicated they were working on their procedures, and is sending a Visa gift card. So, I give them high marks for their follow-up.
This place absolutely sucks. I had an intake appointment on 9/23. On 9/22, the day before, I confirm my appointment, proactively, because I haven't heard from anyone in over a month. I drive forty-five minutes, only to show up and be told, "Oh, didn't anyone tell you, you don't qualify for the study, we sent an email yesterday to Rachel." Rachel?? Who's Rachel.
