I had a really good time living at Lynn Haven Cove. I stayed in a studio, and then a 1 bedroom and liked the layout of both apartments. It’s also cool that you get attic storage space! Maintenance always handled any problems I had quickly and professionally, and I never had any issues with pests. Good value for your money, and the front office staff are helpful and professional.

I've been living at the Lynn Haven Cove Apartments for approximately 7 months now and I love it!! The location is perfect.....country quiet but only 2 - 3 miles away from shopping, restaurants, and medical needs. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Great place for retired folks and young families.

I have lived here for a year and I have no complaints management is responsive and they even host amazing resident events would definitely recommend renting here

I had a great experience, and I especially want to recognize Bre for all of her help. She was professional, friendly, patient, and answered all of my questions throughout the process. She made everything so much easier and made me feel welcomed. Great customer service like hers really stands out. Thank you, Bre, for going above and beyond! I definitely recommend this apartment community.
