The complex recently got New Management and boy are they lightning fast at fixing things now. My shower head and sink faucet were not working properly and they replaced it/fixed it the next day ! They reply to my emails the same day as well. Awesome! I recommend this apartment to anyone. Very affordable, quiet and safe.
Very nice people but hard to ever get in touch with directly, I work throughout the weekdays and am only off weekends (they’re closed on weekends) and I’ve been trying to get in touch with them about a few things and can never get ahold of them phone-wise or in person.
The place is OKAY, only problem is the laundry unit, my clothes never get washed properly… either super soaked after a wash or barely washed at all!! Inside is lovely and clean, only downside is roaches get in so easy and idk how! Sometimes I wake up in the AM to large one crawling around thank god my cat helps. When I have a problem it is fixed right away love that (I barely have any problems).
