It’s very clean and quiet the management is also great . I am so happy with services they provide
I was with a friend we viewed an apt rental it was 1 bedroom at 1,530- monthly which I felt was reasonable these days for the market rents they are asking. The application was straight forward not like some that want to know how many hairs your pet has on its body, (all kidding aside) it was very clean the building spent money on upgrading the suites with new appliances, flooring cabintry, etc. Property rep was very pleasant as well. Great apt. Property
Horrible "management" and bottom feeder tenants. Avoid this dump with a 20- foot pole.
